About the Opportunity: Due to continuous growth in the sunshine state, we are looking to recruit a Construction Specialist to develop and educate our Milwaukee business and customer base within the construction sector by effectively demonstrating our Milwaukee products and solutions.

The successful applicant will preferably have a trade or sales background, who is highly organised and self-motivated to succeed.
This role will be based on the Gold Coast, servicing the region from Yatala to Lismore.

Responsibilities: Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets.
Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry.
Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team.
Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customers.
Drive in-field conversions, testing of new product and increasing brand awareness.
Ensuring all mandatory administration is up to date in Sales Force; This includes planning work with our dealer network to engage users that we can provide solutions for.
Complete and take part in product training as required.
About you: Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality.
Field Sales or End User sales experience.
High level of autonomy.
Trade background/ Hands on experience with tools is desirable.
Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Full driver's license with excellent driving record.
