CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISORS (Mining Sector) Mining - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy) EMS is a construction business working in the mining sector with a large focus on the resource industry with a view to enter works within the Rail network and local Port. ABOUT THE ROLES: The positions are for hands-on Supervisor roles responsible for support and assistance in leading day labour crews to carry out construction duties associated with infrastructure assets, construction projects and maintenance activities under the supervision of Site/Project Managers. Assist with the leadership and supervision to our crews on site Experience with a distinct understanding of how to add value and identify continuous improvement ideas both immediate and long term Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement Sound knowledge of safety systems and processes Skills & experience Minimum 3 years' post Cert III qualification or grater Australian recognised trade certificate Minimum 2 years' experience in a leading hand or supervisor position Supervisor tickets (S1,2,3 / G1,8,9 and G2) advantageous Experience working on a mine site advantageous Super paid on all hours worked Salary sacrificing options Competitive rates Working with a family-owned company Accommodation and meals provided whilst on site Company vehicle supplied If you want to come with us on our journey, apply with EMS today, we welcome your application!
