EMS are a family orientated business that embraces challenges surrounding workers rosters and family commitments.ABOUT THE ROLES:The positions are for hands-on Supervisor roles responsible for support and assistance in leading day labour crews to carry out construction duties associated with infrastructure assets, construction projects and maintenance activities under the supervision of Site/Project Managers.Assist with the leadership and supervision to our crews on siteExperience with a distinct understanding of how to add value and identify continuous improvement ideas both immediate and long termStrong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvementSound knowledge of safety systems and processesSkills & experienceMinimum 3 years' post Cert III qualification or graterAustralian recognised trade certificateMinimum 2 years' experience in a leading hand or supervisor positionSupervisor tickets (S1,2,3 / G1,8,9 and G2)
