About the Role
We are seeking an experience residential Construction Supervisor to join Gallery Group.
In this role you will play a key role in co-ordinating and supervising the construction of multiple homes across various developments, including one and two story houses and townhomes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Implement strong OH&S principles to ensure a safe work environment.
Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling works on site with a focus on achieving exceptional quality, safety and project success, including commitment against project budget.
Ensure delivery of the scope in line with all compliance requirements.
Assisting in managing and maintaining a positive relationship with clients and subcontractors.
Enforcing stringent quality control measures.
Troubleshooting site issues and resolving them promptly.
Collaborating with the project team to address design or technical challenges.
Updating workflows to provide real-time project updates.
About You
Qualified hands-on Carpentry or Building experience.
Experience managing multiple sub-contractors and employees.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
Experience using construction/project management software, Onsite companion preferable.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Previous experience with a recognised builder.
