About the role Reporting to our Construction Manager (Electrical), you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all work groups that are required for the overall successful completion of site-based construction activities in a safe, efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
You will also provide site leadership and coordinate all aspects of planning and scheduling works including the coordination of external civil contractors.
This role is based at Direk, however, approx.
60-80% of the year will be spent working away from Adelaide on project construction sites.
The most common roster is 11:3 roster working 10hr days (over time at double time and travel allowances apply), but rosters will sometimes vary depending on the requirements of different projects.
About You You will be an exceptional communicator on all levels, able to lead and deliver a team with a strong focus on safety, quality, client delivery and project execution.
You will be a natural problem solver and a practical thinker.
You will bring:
Extensive experience in heavy industrial/infrastructure electrical construction projects, including installation of High Voltage equipment and systems Specific experience in the construction of substations and/or renewable projects is highly advantageous A Current SA Electrical Trade Certificate or Current SA Electrical worker registration A Current South Australian Drivers Licence Experience in supervisory and leadership roles About us At Enerven, we want our work to make a difference.
