In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies, tools, and processes to drive constructability assessment and optimisation across multiple high-stake projects. Your expertise will be critical in guiding project leaders toward data-driven decisions that enhance project outcomes and operational efficiency.Key responsibilitiesImplementation of cutting-edge services in constructability assessment and optimisation.Utilise your problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop effective solutions that enhance project delivery.Provide strategic insights and feedback to continually improve service delivery and project performance.Collaborate with and support the leadership team by working autonomously on assigned tasks, ensuring that the constructability function integrates seamlessly with broader project management efforts.About you5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in infrastructure projects.3+ years of hands-on site planning experience, including roles on major infrastructure projects.Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering or a related field; Expert proficiency with Oracle P6 software and other project management tools.In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.A proven track record of identifying problems, developing solutions, and driving implementation to achieve project goals.Demonstrated ability to learn and implement new innovative technologies and software.Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.BenefitsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
