We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Associate with Construction experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, with extensive experience in both litigation and front-end construction matters. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex cases and contribute to the strategic growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on construction contracts, risk management, and compliance Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related documents Lead and manage complex construction litigation cases, including arbitration and dispute resolution Collaborate with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure legal and regulatory compliance To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: Minimum of 6 years experience in construction law A commitment to excellence and delivery of high quality outcomes to clients Proven track record in handling complex construction litigation and contract negotiations Ability to effectively manage your own time, managing competing tasks and at times working to tight deadlines Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills About the Team This practice group has been described in Best Lawyers in Australia for their experience in construction / Infrastructure Law.
