Role: Lendlease Victoria are currently looking for a Construction Security Manager to manage the physical, personnel, and information security requirements of an upcoming large-scale, long-term construction project in Melbourne.
In this permanent role, you will be responsible for establishing project security protocols based on client requirements, whilst also managing security governance to meet both Lendlease and client standards.
You will ensure security audits are conducted for trade subcontractors, consultants and report to the Project Security Working Group (PSWG).
Balancing strategic planning and hands-on operational activity, you will work closely with the construction delivery team and clients, serving as the embedded project security subject matter expert.
To be successful you will need: To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.
Hold a Government Security Clearance or the ability to gain and maintain one.
