About the vacancyTo support our further growth, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Project Scheduler / Planner to develop and maintain a portfolio, as well as an individual project-level.
He/she will use Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) on a day-to-day basis in order to monitor project execution and periodically assess progress regarding project cost, schedule, performance goals and objectives.What will you do?Analyze the IMS to estimate and verify attainability of project objectivesEvaluate progress toward meeting implementation requirementsIntegrate within the project schedule all Work Breakdown Structures, critical milestones, events, related dependencies, contractor schedules and associated activitiesAssist in developing and proposing solutions for mitigating schedule-related risks and integrate mitigations steps into the IMSDevelop reports and displays as requested and/or in conjunction with project reviewsPerform and/or assist in critical path analysis and other ad-hoc forms of schedule-related analysisOversee the incorporation of technical, logistical, contractual, and programmatic changes into the IMS on a real-time basis to maintain accurate and current project baselines and projections, and to establish realistic and attainable project execution goals and objectivesAssist Pre-construction program Director, Project Director and Team Lead with planning and scheduling tasks, planning and integrating schedules, and recording project schedules and bi-monthly updates to Microsoft Project and posting to Project Server using BIM360 or similar SharePointProvide program scheduling support expertise to monitor, update, and control program activitiesCollaborate and interface with System Contractors and all external stakeholders to review and provide comments to their respective schedulesParticipate and/or facilitate weekly schedule working group meetingsEstablish and monitor program activities for milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteriaDevelop and manage schedules that effectively communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholdersProvide assessment and analysis of the IMSProvide management briefing pertaining to the program IMSWho are we looking for?Minimum 5 years' experience in design/build, commercial or industrial ground-up construction schedulingApplicable four-year degree (in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field) from an accredited College or university or equivalent experienceThorough understanding of construction management scheduling including pre-construction activities as well as labor managementStrong client development and communication skills; community interaction and involvementOutstanding internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written technical correspondence on project-related issuesExperience with MS Planner, Excel, Word, BIM360 preferredAbility to create and maintain schedules with knowledge of scheduling programsTeam player with problem-solving and 'can-do' attitudeProactive, flexible; able to work in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
