Construction Project Managers Wanted for Our Esteemed Client in Australia
Our esteemed client in Australia is actively seeking experienced and proficient Construction Project Managers to oversee and lead various construction projects. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in the construction industry, demonstrating strong leadership, project management skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations.
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
Provide evidence of successfully completed projects, along with supporting documents such as qualifications, work history, a valid passport, and police clearances.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee construction projects from conception to completion while managing aspects of project planning, design, execution, and closure.
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure that projects adhere to these parameters.
Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
Address issues and risks associated with construction projects promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings to monitor progress and resolve any problems that arise.
Provide clear and regular communication to all parties involved in the project.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing construction projects.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform site visits and inspections.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to ensure effective communication.
