Role Summary
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the construction projects of buildings and dwellings, and the physical and human resources involved in building and construction.

Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager in Construction, Job duties include:

• Plan and schedule the project roadmap, including cost estimation and overseeing the project from start to finish.
• Manage construction stakeholders such as clients, authorities, consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Supervise construction project management through design stages and actual construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction site activities and manage project programs, ensuring performance and contractual obligations are met.
• Procure consultants and contractors, prepare contracts, and ensure proper project documentation is maintained.
• Administer scope changes, manage variation orders, and ensure timely progress and payment claims.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and safety, while managing site inspections.
• Coordinate resources including labor, materials, equipment, and consult with architects and engineers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
• Arrange submission of plans and necessary approvals from local authorities and oversee the completion of contract closeout, ensuring all obligations are met.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Flexibility in work schedules.
• Detail-oriented mindset, emphasizing quality standards and compliance.
