Job description: Ensure project milestones are met and adjust plans as needed.Understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications of concrete pump stations, irrigation systems, steel panel tanks and other engineering projects.Oversee the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment.Support the coordination of labour resources and liaise with internal staff and customers to ensure smooth project execution.Promote a culture of safety on all job sites and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols.Implement and ensure quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications.Monitor project expenses and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.Complete monthly and annual stock takes to keep track of the inventory.Oversee the manufacturing process of small pump packages, ensuring that the process is in line with the project requirements.Qualifications/Attributes: Must hold a Diploma of Business or Management or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.Must have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.Must be an analytical thinker.Must be initiative.Must have a positive approach to change.Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 p.a.
excluding superannuation.
