Experienced and capable Construction Project Manager required to assist with various types of projects throughout the Sydney region and the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications & Experience Degree in Project Management and/or similarWhite CardAt least 2 years experienceUnderstanding of job management software preferable but not essentialBasic IT skillsTasks & Responsibilities Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings, maintaining quality control proceduresSupervising and overseeing the direction of projectsLiaising with clients, other construction professionals, and suppliersManaging costs and budgetsCoordinating and supervising construction workersConducting safety inspections and ensuring site safetyAssisting in negotiating contracts and securing permits and licensesPurchasing materials for each stage of the projectLeading construction, assembly, alteration, or renovation of buildings, structures, fittings, cabinets, cupboards, and modular units, possibly for single and multi-storey domestic, commercial, and industrial environmentsBenefits Flexible working environmentAttractive remuneration package with a good range of incentivesCentrally located office with a large range of projects around the Sydney regionLarge mix of government, aged care, heritage, and commercial portfolioEnthusiastic, driven, and collaborative team environmentJob Type: Full-time
