Due to continued growth we now have an opportunity for a construction Project Manager $150k - $170k plus super & vehicle allowanceProject values to $20mNo more FIFOTEN Recruitment are in partnership with a well established construction company based in Perth.
They specialise in government and education projects throughout Perth, due to continued growth we're now recruiting a Project Manager who can deliver new build construction projects to the value of $20m
Essential Criteria:
Minimum of 3 years experience delivering fit out projects in commercial settingsTertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or related disciplineProven ability to plan, manage and deliver projects smoothly and in a timely mannerExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, trades and office staffA genuine team player who is able to lead and motivate a team.Excellent communication skills and ability to delegateMS Office skills and construction industry software experienceYour responsibilities may include:
