Reporting to the Director and working alongside key team members, you will be adept at managing and overseeing multiple construction projects.
You will have extensive experience in project management methodologies and technologies and can provide demonstrated career experience in providing contributions to business growth and improvements, both in process and project profitability.
The Project Manager will focus on delivering our projects within budget and will manage all Health and Safety protocols and policy.
He/she will be a great communicator and negotiator, liaising with our internal team and external service providers and stakeholders.
The Project Manager will manage all required documentation, communications, and the everyday management of all projects, ensuring that all projects are risk managed, budgeted effectively, and delivered in a timely manner.
Projects are managed utilising Procore Construction Management Software, and experience with this software will be highly regarded.

Your Responsibilities will include: Project construction program management, including planning, executing, monitoring, and closing of projectsVetting contracts including subcontractor negotiationsOverseeing contractors and liaising regularly with both the site and office teamsEngaging with stakeholders and managing internal, external, and third-party relationshipsStrategically manage any issues, risks, and opportunitiesDeliver your project to the highest standard of client satisfaction and qualityEffective utilisation of IT resources, including ProcoreSupervising the administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultantsSupervising the preparation of contract variationsPreparation of progress claims for approvalConducting status review meetings with team members and clientsProviding reports and documentation on project stage and progressConstant evaluation of current processes, looking for innovative improvementsAll other reasonable duties as required in line with the business's requirementsTo be successful in this role you will have: Proven Project Management with experience delivering multiple projects from start to finishA minimum of 5 years' experience as a construction Project ManagerQualifications in construction project management and Business Administration would be highly regardedEnergy and enthusiasm to drive the project to scheduleExperience using Procore, MS Office, and MS ProjectEffective client and subcontractor communication and relationship building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make concise decisionsForesight planning, teamwork, communication, and negotiating skillsHigh attention to detail, quality of works, and delivering construction projects to an exemplary standardStrong verbal, written, and organisational skillsShow a strong commitment to OH&S and Site SafetyAbility to motivate a team and deliver to the project programCollaborative skills in the direction and management of contractors and labourersThis is an exceptional role with a quality Builder looking to grow our committed team who are keen and rewarded for their contribution to the growth of our company.
