This role requires a Project Manager with extensive experience in the commercial workplace and health science construction experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of the projects here in Melbourne. You will manage financials and contracts and ensure projects consistently exceed industry expectations.Projects range in value from $2M - $180M. The workload will depend on the size of the project. Your site team has been hand-picked for their communication style, attitude and understanding of technical construction.Key Responsibilities:
