Construction Project Manager F/M

This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to take on a challenging and fulfilling role within the Alstef Group.
The role, in conjunction with the project team, builds and promotes the integrity of Alstef's brand, exceeding client expectation and supporting the Company's position as market leader.
Tasks include: planning and developing accurate and detailed project schedules that are realistic and can be completed within the time allocated at time of tenderreviewing and understanding the estimate and scope of workcoordinating labour resources, and procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipmentconsulting with Design teams (Electrical, Mechanical and Software) and other professionalsReviewing and negotiating budgets with the procurement teamnegotiating with subcontractors involved in the construction process and controlling usage and expenditure to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetcommunicating effectively with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate resource usageoverseeing the work of subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards are maintainedoperating and implementing coordinated work programs for sitesensuring project teams follow Alstef's Health and Safety Systems and policies and adhere to the relevant building legislation, codes and standardspreparing Project quality plans consistent with Alstef's quality control procedures and systemsconducting quality inspections of the projects carried outBenefits Flexible working policyEmployee referral program of $1500 AUDCompany phone and laptopAccess to INSTEP EAP wellbeing support servicesGlobal career progression opportunities
