The position is a dual PM/CA role which will suit a highly experienced project manager. You will oversee multiple projects and will have ultimate responsibility for stakeholder management, planning, procurement, programming & cost control of the projects. You will be the main contact for all key stakeholders and provide a high level of communication to all parties such as clients, architects & subcontractors.
In this role your responsibilities will include: Project Management and control The interpretation of all contract documents, plans and legislation.Subcontractors selection process.Preparation of subcontractors scope of work.Preparation of subcontract agreements.Manage the subcontractors progress claims, Vos, timing and invoicesPreparation of Purchase orders.Documentation controlCost control and progress reporting.Processing of InvoicesPreparing budgets and cost comparisons for review and approval.Completing contract obligations where required (i.e.- Progress Claims for approval, RFI, EOT's, VO's, NOD's etc.).Liaise with and assist site managers in performing their duties and forward planning.Time Management.Attend, minute and document site and client meetings.Monthly project forecastingReporting to the directorsYou will be need the following: Tertiary qualification will be advantageousMinimum of 5 years' experience in project management/contract administration of commercial projects $20m +Read and interpret architectural and engineering working drawings and specifications.High level of communication skills both oral and written.Passionate about building and construction industryAbility to work under pressure in a busy environment.Proficient with Microsoft office Experience with Procore will be advantageousWhat's in it for you?
