Construction Project Manager - Commercial Property Care

Are you looking for your next role in insurance construction? We are working exclusively with a Brisbane based client on a very good opportunity.
The Role: You will be looking after all of their projects, anywhere between 15-30 at one time, ranging in values between $500 and $100k. You will be responsible for taking an already established team to the next levels of their career and drive the company to achieve their goals. This is a hands-off role and you will be provided with all you need to succeed in your position. This role is mostly site-based and will involve hybrid WFH to complete admin tasks. Most of their projects are in South Brisbane but will sometimes reach Gold Coast, so preferably you will be located around here.
About You: Background in construction and similar projects of similar size Hunger to develop a team and reach company targets QBCC licensed or ability to obtain it is preferred Good experience in Carpentry, Tiling, Painting Experience dealing with multiple projects and 15-20 tradies at one time Benefits: This is a close-knit company that prides itself on low turnover, company culture, and forward-thinking benefits:
