With a growing portfolio of high-quality projects, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support our clients dynamic team for an exciting $5 million commercial facility.
Role Overview Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for complex refurbishment projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to lead the design and construct of a refurbishment in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of a $5m sports centre refurbishment project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate design and construct phases, ensuring seamless collaboration between contractors, architects, and clients.
Oversee the construction process, including subcontractor management, procurement, and site logistics.
Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Manage project financials, including forecasting, reporting, and budget control.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally with a background in Contracts Administration.
Strong expertise in managing complex design and construct projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value refurbishment projects from conception to completion.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive project success and manage stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
