About the Role As Project Administrator (client-side), you'll be part of a team responsible for delivering a large-scale social infrastructure project. You'll be working with Project Directors, Project Managers, suppliers, contractors and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of administrative support and record keeping.
Reporting to and providing high-quality support to the Project Director, your key responsibilities will be:
Providing general administrative, cost controls and data entry support to the project team Undertaking data entry and records management Preparation, review and collation of reports, meeting agendas, minutes of meeting, presentations and project documents Assisting with maintenance of databases and registers Auditing and monitoring of document control data Assisting with the development of documentation to support project activities This role will initially be offered on fixed-term contract for up to 6 months. We envisage that this will extend further.
Skills | Experience | Qualifications Technical skills:
3 + years' experience in a similar role, within a large team Advanced skills in MS Office Suite Experience working as part of a fast-paced team on construction projects (preferred) Soft skills:
