About the Role As an experienced Business Analyst, you will work as part of a team to deliver strategic and operational outcomes for CPM's clients across a diverse range of infrastructure related projects.
Strategy development and implementation – Develop strategic recommendations for public and private sector organisations Analysis and insights synthesis – Gather data from diverse sources and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to generate actionable insights using strong synthesis skills Stakeholder relationships – Establish and nurture client relationships across industries in Queensland Building the team capabilities – Develop content and thought leadership in chosen areas of focus to further strengthen CPM's brand Skills | Experience | Qualifications Tertiary qualifications Postgraduate experience in management consulting, ideally with exposure to resources, health, education, engineering, infrastructure and/or government organisations Exposure to strategy consulting, business improvement, operations, supply chain or change management Strong stakeholder management skills CPM Life & Benefits Flexible / hybrid work arrangements Head office located at Ipswich (free onsite parking) + a Brisbane CBD Clubhouse (plus offices in Tasmania and the Sunshine Coast) Modern end of trip facilities (Clubhouse) Paid professional memberships fees Professional Development planning Real career growth opportunities Health and Wellness programs including access to an Employee Assistance Program Free team pizza lunches fortnightly!
