Add expected salary to your profile for insights.Responsibilities:Preparing, compiling, and assessing construction tender documentation, including the awarding process.Creating subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules for construction projects.Assisting with progress claims and managing external variations.Reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing construction subcontracts.Managing and monitoring project expenses, including subcontractor claims.Handling RFIs in collaboration with clients, architects, and consultants.Overseeing the administration of the project's HSE system.What We're Looking For:A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Client-Side Project Management or with a Head Contractor in Australia.
