Working an 8/6 Roster Competitive Pay Rate Working for a Leading Energy provider Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the site and engineering teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for Tier 1 projects. - Utilize project management software and tools to create and maintain project schedules, resource allocations, and progress tracking. - Conduct risk assessments and engage with site team for mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential project delays or challenges. - Coordinate with Principal and Contractor procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for project implementation. - Monitor project progress against established milestones and identify deviations from the plan, implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and areas for improvement. - Support project managers in the identification and resolution of issues related to project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management. - Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement. Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience within Major Multi Discipline Construction Projects ideally within the resource and energy industry. - Proficient in the use of Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Microsoft Excel is mandatory. - Significant experience in project scheduling, including experience with earned value management (EVM) using Primavera P6. - Experience with building baseline schedules (Overall Project - Level 4, Shutdowns - Level 5) with input from the project team and be accountable for the daily, weekly updates. - High level of interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a diverse environment. - High level of autonomy and ability to proactively define tasks to achieve the defined outcome. - Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration for a best for organization outcome. - Be prepared for site visits and driving within the Southwest area or consider an 8:6 roster - Driverâs License.
