Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Partner Solutions Specialist to spearhead the sales strategy for expanding our Autodesk Construction Cloud through our partner ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal in driving sales revenue and market development for our key construction products through our partner network. As a Partner Solutions Specialist, you will leverage your extensive experience and industry knowledge to promote and support key partners in selling Autodesk products, applications, and services. You will collaborate with disparate teams to help customers achieve their business goals and address their challenges. Your responsibilities will range from high-level strategic planning to developing and executing partner programs and supporting customer workflow demonstrations.
You will work closely with executives and senior leaders from various teams, including Customer Success, Partners, Technical, Operations, and Sales, to design effective programs and meet established outcomes and metrics. These programs empower partners to accelerate enterprise sales deals by incorporating technology-driven workflows that ensure long-term customer growth and retention. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is analytical, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud in a construction environment is essential for delivering expertise on behalf of our solutions, as well as supporting customer demonstrations. Responsibilities
Coach teams to engage in pre-sales activities to drive technical closure. Interacts, as required, with the pre-sales team to understand and prioritise the sales opportunities to engage the team appropriately, minimising overlap. Provides input to Practice Leadership on trends, insights, and opportunities from the field. Makes deal approval decisions when appropriate. Identifies opportunities for expansion of existing work or new opportunities based on existing customer relationships. Works closely with Partner Manager or Partner Business Manager to ensure alignment to overall partner strategy and framework. Provides input to resourcing based on skills, availability, and/or development plans to the Partner Manager. Drives strategic call out days by using the playbooks with specific sales plays highlighted in construction technologies with specific focus on understanding personas and role playing prior. Assists in developing, scheduling and promoting Master Classes or similar programs based on GEO executed by channel partners. Supporting partners' construction business from a tech perspective to build repeatable plays and technical acumen. Maximizes area-level capacity and capabilities by coaching teams to grow partner network, identifying gaps and promoting specialised industry workflows (e.g., account teams). Raises escalations or alleviates blockers through collaboration with manager-level counterparts in cross-functional groups. Supports partner technical capacity by monitoring and analysing resources through interactions, communicating with managers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to build subsidiary strategy. Pipeline management of Partner Managed Deals within the emerging product profiles. Support partners in competitive sales engagement by demonstrating the value of Autodesk solutions and benefits of working with the Autodesk partners. Provide guidance on optimal technical solutions on an as-needed-basis for partner led opportunities. Sponsors initiatives to develop business, drive awareness, and support internal teams. Encourages appropriate risk-taking & investment in supporting the landing of construction offerings. Supports QBR by supplying key business outcomes including specific technology growth, best practices and specific excellence around services and IP delivered. Promote partners to emerging sales teams to assist sales executives to better understand how partners can provide support to specific customer types. Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience in partner management, sales, or business development, preferably within the SaaS or Cloud industry. Strong understanding of the construction industry and its challenges, with a focus on technology solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive partner engagement and sales growth. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with training and enabling partners to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Familiarity with Autodesk products and services is a plus. A deep understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud in construction management is highly desired. Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or Marketing, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
