Construction Partner

The Role
This is a senior construction lawyer position, designed to be a direct succession role in the short to medium term. Ideally, you will have both transactional infrastructure/construction experience (AS contracts within PPP, ECI, D&C and similar delivery types) as well as litigation experience with the BIF act.
Do not be discouraged if you have more (or the entirety) of your experience in one of these areas, but skills in both are advantageous. Given the intention of the role, you will need to be a very established SA, SC or higher for this role.
The Reward
The most interesting part of this role is what it potentially represents: for the right candidate, this is a succession type role that will see you inherit a large and very established practice. If you have a following but are struggling to make partner (or want to grow your current partnership practice), this is a path where the hardest work has been done.
