Reference No. 100302 George Fisher Mine is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Operator in the Fill & Services Department. This position is residentially based in Mt Isa.
The Role We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to join us in the role of a Construction Operator within the Fill & Services Department. Reporting to the Fill & Services Supervisor, you will be required to construct bulkheads, install paste fill pipes, secondary ventilation fans, carry out hand-held drilling, and general construction work. Extensive experience in underground services and construction work and paste fill pipe installation is required. Normet, Heavy/Medium Rigid Truck, Dogger & Riggers, and Welding Tickets are highly desirable. The roster for this role is on a 7 on 7 off day and night continuous shift.
