Your future with ATCO Structures & Logistics We are excited to announce the opening of our new manufacturing site in Adelaide, South Australia.
As we expand our operations to meet growing demand, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the daily supervision of manufacturing staff and subcontractors in our factory.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring manufacturing schedules are followed and production flows smoothly to meet deadlines.
Working alongside diverse trade groups, you recognise the significance of effective workflow management and task delegation.
Diplomacy in managing conflicting schedules and a strong commitment to workplace safety are essential for success in this role.
What You Will Do Managing the factory and the Production Schedule.Leading, supervising and coordinating factory staff and subcontractors to ensure buildings are assembled in accordance with the Production Schedule.Ensuring adequate stock levels are received, maintained and stored appropriately.Attending production meetings, reviewing plans / specifications to confirm accuracy and build requirements.Completing month end stocktake.Ensuring tools and equipment are properly used and accounted for, and ensuring electrical equipment is tested and tagged as required by safety standards.To hit the ground running, you will bring: Certificate IV in Building and Construction.Clear oral and written communication skills.Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team.Significant experience in a building manufacturing environment.Site Supervisor Licence & Forklift licence and experience using a Forklift.Sound delegation, organisational and planning skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Experience in a similar role.Benefits of the job: Fully maintained company vehicleFull time permanent position (Monday to Friday)Uniforms and PPE providedCompetitive remuneration package + superannuationEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Share Purchase Plan optionJoining Team ATCO If this sounds like the role for you, please submit a copy of your CV and Cover Letter by clicking 'Apply'.
