The Construction Manager - SMP role is responsible for the successful leadership and delivery of the Wet Plant Package within a $1B Gold Mine expansion project.
Focused on safety, schedule and the overall delivery of the Package. This role requires relevant technical and commercial knowledge, leadership skills, the ability to prioritise, to meet strict deadlines and to effectively manage key stakeholder relationships.
The role will be Site Based on a 2:1 Roster, reporting into the Area Manager - Wet Plant
To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience at CM level & successfully delivering major projects.Previous experience leading large SMP Crews on major Self-Performed projects.Strong Understanding of Gold Processing.A resolute commitment to delivering your project safely.High level Problem Solving AbilityHigh level leadership, mentoring and people management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.APPLY NOW If you believe you have what it takes and want to work for a company who put its people first, please apply now.
