Join our dynamic team and contribute to the future of energy and infrastructure!The Role:PSD Energy is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our Horsham Solar Farm Project. As the construction manager, you will be pivotal in managing all on-site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a significant renewable energy project, contributing to the growth of Australia's sustainable energy sector.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the construction phase of the solar farm, from site preparation to final commissioning.Lead and oversee on-site teams, including subcontractors, civil operators, and electrical crews, ensuring alignment with project goals.Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, QA/QC teams, and senior management, to ensure seamless communication and project execution.Monitor construction schedules, adjust as necessary to meet project milestones, and report on progress to upper management.Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and environmental standards, maintaining a strong safety culture.Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, and resource allocation.Conduct site inspections and audits, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions.Work with the project team to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.Liaise with local authorities, suppliers, and community stakeholders as required.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, transmission sector.Proven experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budget management.Understanding of solar farm construction processes and electrical systems (preferred).A hands-on leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or related fields.3/1 DIDO Roster - Accommodation provided.Valid construction white card and driver's license.What We Offer:The chance to lead a critical renewable energy project in Victoria.A competitive salary and benefits package.An inclusive and supportive team environment.How to Apply:If you are a driven and experienced Construction Manager looking to contribute to Australia's renewable energy future, we'd love to hear from you.
