The Responsibilities Of The Role
Workflow scheduling/Programming - short and long termOverseeing a team of supervisors across several projectsConducting weekly/fortnightly meetings to engage your team and grow capabilityEnsuring all jobs under construction are being managed effectivelyManaging projects in an efficient manner always meeting tight deadlines and budgets.Work on / build ongoing relationships with contractors and suppliers.Supporting your team to help deliver maximum efficient outcomesPromote & maintain safe work protocols at all times - safety inspections as required.Develop and maintain service provided by trades and suppliers.Being the first point of contact for customer escalation issues.Collaborating with the Building Manager & Director in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
For your application to progress, the candidate will possess the following attributes:
Experience in a construction management position in the residential construction sector Experience in coordinating and managing trades, suppliers & internal personnel.Demonstrated experience in leading teamsWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced analytical and investigative skillsWhite Card and current driver's licence
