The Responsibilities Of The Role
Workflow scheduling/Programming - short and long term Overseeing a team of supervisors across several projects Conducting weekly/fortnightly meetings to engage your team and grow capability Ensuring all jobs under construction are being managed effectively Managing projects in an efficient manner always meeting tight deadlines and budgets. Work on / build ongoing relationships with contractors and suppliers. Supporting your team to help deliver maximum efficient outcomes Promote & maintain safe work protocols at all times - safety inspections as required. Develop and maintain service provided by trades and suppliers. Being the first point of contact for customer escalation issues. Collaborating with the Building Manager & Director in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
For your application to progress, the candidate will possess the following attributes:
Experience in a construction management position in the residential construction sector Experience in coordinating and managing trades, suppliers & internal personnel. Demonstrated experience in leading teams Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Advanced analytical and investigative skills White Card and current driver's licence
