They take on projects up to $3 million including the landscape packages on hotels, universities, subdivisions, sports facilities, shopping centers, hospitals, defence, parks, and playgrounds.
The Opportunity With more and more large projects being signed off this year and deep into 2025, our client is looking to make a major hire by introducing an overarching Construction Manager to oversee all construction activities in the business.
A very rare and unique opening for an ambitious individual to oversee the division and to focus on pre-construction through to project delivery.
You will operate autonomously but will have continual one-on-one support from the Managing Director, build relationships with your in-house team and clients, and represent the brand as a key member.
