Construction Manager Location: Gladstone, Queensland
About the Role: NES Fircroft have partnered with a growing Civil Construction company who are looking for a Construction Manager to come on board and lead project activities while fostering a safe, customer-focused, and innovative culture.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of diverse construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety, quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency.
Key Requirements: Proven Leadership and Management Experience At least 10+ years of Project/Contract Management experience and 4+ years in Construction Management or as a Project Director. Tertiary Qualification Relevant qualifications in Business, Engineering, Commerce, HSE, or Construction Management. Safety and Compliance Expertise Strong knowledge of HSE practices, safety frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Commercial and Financial Acumen Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure financial efficiency across projects. Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
