Tradecom Group is a residential and commercial builder and has been providing quality construction services, property maintenance, and building repair contractors to both residential and commercial clients since 2001.
Due to substantial growth and new contracts, Tradecom Group requires a Construction Manager to join its successful team in New South Wales with a focus on Large Loss, NDIS, new build activities, and Home Owners Warranty claims.

THE ROLE You will be an integral part of the management team, responsible for providing construction knowledge and support to the team on an ongoing basis.
This role is based in our Penrith office servicing the Greater Sydney Area with regional & interstate travel as required.
Works will focus on builder's warranty projects and other larger builds with day-to-day tasks including:
Regular communication with construction-based staff providing technical building and construction advice as requiredProject planning and schedulingEstimation and scopingProviding updates to all stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with NCCWHS documentation and paperwork onsite in compliance with National/State workplace legislationDrive the growth of Large Loss, NDIS, New Builds & HOW sectorsEnsure customer satisfaction and retention is maintained through the delivery of quality projects, on time and within budgetManage Large Loss Construction to deliver projects in accordance with regulatory requirements, on time and within budgetManage the completion of Home owner warranty claimsEnsuring compliance with National Construction Code and Australian StandardsTHE REQUIREMENT Experience managing multiple projects ($20K-$500K)Remedial experienceExtensive management skills including team leadershipDemonstrated experience in high volume / new build supervision on a broad range of sitesAbility to drive timely outcomes with subcontractors and builders/tradesExcellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Project or similarWorking knowledge of building codes and regulationsAbility to travel regionally & interstate if requiredWHS Induction CardDrivers LicenseWhite CardIdeally, you will have previous experience in the residential construction industry and be able to draw on your life experiences to provide solutions.
