The Role As Construction Manager in ACT, you will collaborate with Senior Management to drive growth and implement strategic plans across projects.
You'll oversee construction operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to time, cost, and quality objectives.
Additionally, you'll contribute to recruitment efforts, attend key meetings, and build long-term client relationships while managing and growing project teams.
Your Impact As Construction Manager, you will oversee financial and performance reporting for projects, tracking revenue, gross profit, and timelines.
Your leadership will drive risk management, identify opportunities, and ensure efficient communication with teams.

Your Every Day Lead and manage all aspects of construction to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Attend project, pre-construction, and tender meetings to review and plan for project success.
Continuously monitor project performance, including financial forecasting, budgets, revenue, and gross profit margins.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
Actively contribute to senior management meetings, offering strategic insights and recommendations for business improvements.
Engage with local community and industry events to foster positive relationships and expand networks.
Provide guidance and leadership to site teams, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

Experienced in managing large-scale commercial landscape projects.
Technically proficient and capable of explaining complex information clearly.
High level of accountability, integrity, and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
Skilled in presentations and written communication.
Qualified in Horticulture (Landscape Construction) or a related field, with a Construction Management degree being desirable.
Construction white card and strong literacy/numeracy skills.
Strong organisational abilities, with the capability to self-manage and prioritise tasks.
Friendly, adaptable, and able to maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
