They have had continued success delivering some award-winning projects and are now seeking to enhance their project delivery function to ensure seamless execution of future projects.
The Role. As a Construction Manager, you will lead the project delivery team, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will oversee all stages of construction, from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines. You'll manage subcontractors, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Your leadership will be key in mentoring and developing the project delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Need. To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, along with over 10 years of industry experience, ideally on projects exceeding $50 million. You should have proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and industry standards. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing project delivery team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with a track record of successfully coordinating with diverse project stakeholders, will also be crucial for this role.
