Construction Manager - Brisbane & surrounding areasCompany vehicle, phone, laptop providedAvia Homes is a young dynamic team who is seeking a Construction Manager, who has a positive can-do attitude, on a full-time ongoing basis.
As a Construction Manager expected to perform the following tasks:Project preparation & reviewAssisting the pre-construction & construction phases of the construction processDistributing project information to contractorsAssisting projects from commencement to handoverInspecting completed work to ensure high standard of quality workmanshipMaintain supplier and subcontractor relationshipsEnsuring work is completed to a satisfactory standardEnforce and adhere to OH&S regulationsThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Minimum 5 years' experience in similar roleQBCC Building Supervisors licence held for minimum 12 monthsCertificate IV in Building & Construction Management, preferredConstruction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)Trade/Construction backgroundIdeally, we are looking for someone who:Has strong leadership & motivational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple Site SupervisorsAn ability to ensure that jobs are scheduled effectively and are managed within budget and time specifications.Exceptional attention to detail and qualityConfidence and ability in dealing with a diverse range of peopleAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlinesGood communication skills, including oral and written communicationA passion to produce a high quality of workIf you would like to be considered for this position, please send your application to
