Construction Manager

Job description Role & responsibilities In charge of the execution works at site.
Responsible for delivering the project on time within budget and meeting all stakeholders' expectations.
Prepare and submit all necessary submissions relating to construction of the works in accordance with contract requirements.
Define, establish and maintain appropriate overall plant and human resources required to deliver the project.
Optimise; increase productivity, minimise wastage as per the sustainability principles.
Delegate authority within the construction team when appropriate.
Develop and review construction methodology with a view to improving efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and manage all risks associated with the execution of works.
Ensure compliance with company standards in terms of quality, safety and sustainability.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate with prior experience as Construction Head for Residential Building Project.
