This role is to work as a Construction Manager and Contract Administrator for the construction of a high-end luxury residential home. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Construction Manager / Contract Administrator to oversee and manage key aspects of the construction process. This part-time role will involve hands-on project management, ensuring quality control, compliance, and effective coordination with contractors and suppliers.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage operations of the construction site, ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest standards.Negotiate, administer and manage all project contracts, including monitoring compliance, managing costs, and ensuring timely completion of milestones.Work closely with architects, designers, and contractors to coordinate and streamline project phases.Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work aligns with the project specifications, building codes, and high-quality standards.Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and expenses to meet project goals.Ensure all construction activities are in line with project vision and objectives, maintaining a focus on quality.Qualifications:Proven experience in high-end residential construction, particularly in luxury or bespoke homes.Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards.Strong contract negotiation and administration skills.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficient in project management software and contract administration.Hours:Part-time (Flexible hours based on project needs)To Apply:Please attach your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to your application.
