Due to their continued success and sustained growth, they are now looking to hire a Commercial Construction Manager to oversee and lead all commercial projects.The Role: As Construction Manager - Commercial, you'll report directly to the General Manager and lead a team of Project Managers in overseeing several projects concurrently. You'll lead, refine, and implement procedures to drive efficiencies and standards across the division. You will learn from some of the best in the business who will support and mentor you to ensure your success in this role. Project scope is diverse with a project range from $5m - $30m in this space.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing multiple projects carrying them from award, through construction and hand over.Lead, manage and mentor an established delivery team.Responsible for driving project success to ensure quality, program, budgets and safety are forefront.Collaboration with design and tendering teams to ensure best practice constructability.Skills & Experience Required:Relevant trade background or at least 5 years commercial construction experience.Proven delivery experience in driving commercial and industrial projects.Strong leader and mentor with the ability to work across multi-discipline teams.Experience across commercial, industrial, healthcare and education is highly regarded.An effective communicator and someone who leads by example.A multitasker, good conflict resolution skills, and a finisher are all great attributes of success.Strong costings, budgeting, forecasting and programming skills.This is a company that prides itself on supporting a great culture.
