Design & Build are currently working with an Australian owned civil contractor based in Melbourne to identify a Construction Manager to join the team.

You will be joining an established company who look after their employees showcased by the long standing tenure of their employees.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager or Construction Manager as there is further room to grow and develop with the company in the near future.

You will be tasked with managing multiple commercial civil projects across the Melbourne Metro area.Manage the end-to-end delivery of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Oversee site operations, including subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality control.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and excellent service.Monitor compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and OH&S requirements.Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues efficiently.About You 7+ years' civil construction experiencePrevious experience managing civil projects in Melbourne, ideally in the commercial spaceStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.Knowledge of local construction standards, regulations, and practices.Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.A solutions-focused mindset with a track record of delivering results under pressure.Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.For more information, please contact Joe on 0481 748 001 or ****** or Apply Online below.
