These developments hold between 80 - 100 townhouses that are luxury modern builds.

Role: You will be supported by your Site Supervisors and an on-site Project Management Team.
The Construction Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:
Control and monitor the overall construction programMaintaining construction budgets, reportingManage quality assurance systemsWHS and Environmental planningManagement and administration of suppliers and subcontractorsManagement of on-site Site SupervisorsSupported by Building Manager, Operations Manager, Project ManagerReporting to the Building Manager Person: The ideal candidate will possess:
