The Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Construction Lawyer with a focus on delivering complex infrastructure projects? Join a leading renewable energy developer to work on large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects at the forefront of Australia's energy transition.
The Role: Draft, review, and negotiate Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).Provide specialist advice on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution across project lifecycles.Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, environmental approvals, and land access agreements.Advise on construction risk allocation, including indemnities, warranties, liquidated damages, and liability caps.Oversee claims under security of payment legislation and contractual variations.Act as a key liaison with external counsel, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless contract execution.About You:
To be successful, you'll bring:
