Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, providing strategic legal counsel to achieve favourable outcomes. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of post-admission experience in construction litigation, preferably in a private practice setting. Strong litigation skills with a focus on construction law. Proven ability to draft and analyse complex legal documents. Capable of managing cases independently while working collaboratively with senior lawyers. Passion for mentoring and developing junior talent. Strong client relationship management and business development abilities. Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
