Construction Lawyer

Our client, a prominent national law firm, provides exceptional legal services to Government and commercial clients across Australia. We are currently assisting a team of three Partners in the Construction & Major Projects sector to find their next Associate or Senior Associate Construction Lawyer.Why This Role?This unique opportunity allows you to specialise in construction and infrastructure law, encompassing both front-end and back-end aspects. You will engage with a diverse range of clients across various sectors, including building, renewables, civil, infrastructure, mining, education, and health.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on construction contracts.Manage litigation, arbitration, and adjudication processes from start to finish.Handle claims and disputes arising from major infrastructure projects.Advise on legislation impacting the construction industry.About You: We are looking for candidates with:A minimum of 2+ years' experience in private practice or in-house legal teams within the infrastructure sector.
