2-3yr PAE Construction Lawyer to work across 3 Partners | Team with good staff tenure creating a close and collaborative environment | Front & back end mattersThe RoleThis is an opportunity for the right candidate to join a highly regarded Brisbane Construction & Infrastructure Practice led by 3 Partners. In this role, you will have an opportunity to specialise in construction and infrastructure law encompassing both front and back-end construction with exposure to a wide range of clients in the building, renewables, civil, infrastructure, mining, education and health sectors.Your day to day duties will encompass:providing advice on construction contracts;managing litigation, arbitration and adjudication from start to finish;working on claims and disputes arising out of major infrastructure projects;advising on legislation impacting the construction industry.The FirmOur client is a highly regarded national mid-tier firm that is flexible to the needs of the individual, providing a supportive learning environment to enable staff to achieve career goals and maintain a healthy balance between work and life.
