Responsibilities: This role is broad in remit and will see you involved in: Drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements.
Advising on risk management strategies.
Handling dispute resolution.
Ensuring regulatory compliance.
Offering project advice to clients at different stages of construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills: Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years PAE construction experience (either front end or back end), gained from a reputable firm or in-house environment.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for various construction-related agreements.
Ability to handle dispute resolution, including mediation and litigation when necessary.
Familiarity with construction regulations, industry standards, and risk management strategies.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
