Construction Labourer

Job description ABOUT THE CLIENT Our client is a construction company specialising in high-end residential projects ranging between $10 - 40 Million.
DESCRIPTION The position is suitable for an enthusiastic and reliable labourer looking to assist the site team in building and renovating high-end residential homes.
You will be an essential part of ensuring that projects are completed on time and to high standards.
The position is ideal for candidates interested in upskilling towards a capentry apprentice role .
RESPONSIBILITIES  Assist with various tasks on-site, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning, and preparing job sites;  Work alongside carpenters, electricians, and other skilled workers; Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision; Perform general labour duties such as demolition, digging, and site maintenance; Ensure adherence to health and safety standards at all times;  Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers; and Any other reasonable directions from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS  Previous construction or labour experience preferred;  Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks; Ability to work well in a team and follow directions; Familiarity with basic construction tools and practices; Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges; and Ability to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
