Construction - Junior Contracts Administrator - Residential Appartments

JUNIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR - COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION We are a well established Builder/Developer with solid ongoing work ranging from Tweed Heads to North Brisbane. We are seeking applications from experienced Junior Contracts Administrators to join our commercial building team on the Gold Coast.
Requirements:
2 years+ solo experience as a CA on $5Mill+ projectsHigh-rise project experiencedExperience using Databuild software preferableA logical thought process supported by strong attention to detailsAbility to absorb/retain information (learn quickly)Be able to handle all aspects of Construction Administration from seeking tenders to final handover packsCan prepare Cost Plans and complete minor Estimating / Bills of QuantitiesGood organisational skills and ability to work unassistedNegotiable Salary packageOffice hours 8.30am to 5pm Monday to FridayImmediate StartExcellent Microsoft Office Skills, Outlook, Excel and WordAbility to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise tasks and exercise discretionExperienced using Microsoft Project and Construction ProgrammingIs well natured/easy goingThis position is available for an immediate start to the right applicant. Salary will be negotiated and commensurate with your experience.
